How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or size exchange, simply email our Australian customer care team at care@juanandjoan.au with your order number. We will generate a prepaid Australia Post return shipping label for you.

Swift Refunds

Once our Melbourne team inspects your return parcel, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe / Credit Card) within 2-3 business days.
