What thread count do you use?
We use 375 thread count single-ply sateen cotton. Thread counts above 400 often use multi-ply fibres that trap heat. 375TC is the international standard for breathability and comfort.
Do your fitted sheets fit deep mattresses?
Yes! All our fitted sheets feature generous 40cm deep walls with reinforced 360-degree elastic, fitting comfortably over plush pillowtops.
How does the "Build Your Combo" work?
Our custom builder allows you to select any bed size and mix different colours across your Quilt Cover, Fitted Sheet, Flat Sheet, and Pillowcase pairs in real time. Combining 2 or more pieces unlocks automatic combo bundle savings.
What are your shipping times within Australia?
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, while Express shipping takes 1–3 business days. All orders over $150 qualify for free express shipping.
